Shrink Plastic

Shrink Plastic is a plastic sheet which when heated, shrinks to around 45% of the original size.  Stamp an image on it, cut it out and heat with a heat tool to shrink.  Perfect for making embellishments for your work!  You even use shrink plastic to make items of jewellery!
