United Kingdom orders can be sent by the following:

• 2nd Class Royal Mail
• 1st Class Royal Mail
  
• Special Delivery - Next Working Day

All orders are sent with a proof of posting from the Post Office. If you require added insurance, please select it as you go through the checkout.

You may decide to upgrade to 1st Class Royal Mail or Special Delivery - Next Working Day (with added insurance).

European and Rest of World orders will be dispatched by:

• Royal Mail - Standard Delivery (Air Mail)

There is an optional insurance cover, International Signed For, if your order is of a high value, for £4.90. We highly recommend that you select this option for your peace of mind, although it is optional.

All stock items will be dispatched within two working days wherever possible.

• Out of stock items will have to be ordered in, and will therefore take longer to deliver. We will notify you by email or telephone if this is the case.
  
• Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
  
• Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.

Always give a correct e-mail address when placing an order so that we can readily notify you of any problems and keep you in touch with your order progress. It is our policy only to send marketing information to those customers who request it; we will not abuse your e-mail privacy.
